TxDOT Technical Assistance Program – A Win-Win For Small Business Owners

By Donnie Starr On August 7, 2008 Under Small Business The Technical Assistance Program (TAP) offers free business development training and consulting services to qualified small business owners in Texas highway construction codes. There are just a few companies that have been selected to offer these services to minority and women-owned businesses. The TAP program is a federally sponsored, state administered program offered through the Business Opportunity Program (BOP) division of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in Austin.
