IRS Paycheck Garnishments Can Be Stopped
A WOMAN WITH A SEEMING INSURMOUNTABLE FEDERAL BILL
The creator of a blog entry I came across about an Federal tax quandary. She complained that she owed the United States roughly speaking 25,000 dollars and that with interest and penalties there appeared to be no prospect of getting the bill down.
THE INTERNAL REVENUE MAY NOT TAX OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
This person should bear in mind that we have a right to life and the government can’t tax constitutional rights; or our very right to be present. Most of the public doesn’t know this though, including the United States agents.
THE PAYMENT PLAN BIT THE DUST
This blog author noted that in the beginning they tried to make monthly payments and that when that when they were unable to continue making them the United States levied their paycheck leaving them with just $400 dollars monthly to live on.
THERE IS A STATUTORY WAY TO POSTPONE IRS COLLECTION ACTIVITIES
This would have never happened if this taxpayer had recognized how to get an Internal Revenue wage levy stopped using the research package I call the IRS Terminator package developed around 26 U.S.C. § 6330. Had she known about it she could have studied up on how to request and succeed at a Collection Due Process Hearing, implemented what she learned, and all tax collection activity would have come to a halt; including the levy on their compensation.
TAX PROFESSIONALS BROUGHT IN
Since she didn’t know about the provisions of 26 U.S.C. § 6330 to stop an IRS wage levy she resorted to an ad in the paper for Harrison Grave claiming to help people stop an IRS wage garnishment. author of the blog post explains that they went to see them, not aware that this was not even their official office but a temporary leased office. She says that they were told it would cost total of $2000 for help. She says they were scared and had no idea what to do, so they approved to let Harrison Grave aid them and began making payments to them to help stop the IRS wage garnishment.
ORGANISATIONS LIKE HARRISON GRAVE WORK WITH THE IRS IN PREFERENCE TO YOU?
Here is something I know about organizations like Harrison Grave that this woman did not. In Houston, Texas on July 12, 2005, Steven T. Miller, Commissioner TE/GE gave a speech to IRS Tax Forums saying the following:
“I want to salute our partners who have been such a big help at these forums. I want to thank, in alphabetical order, the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Tax Professionals, the National Society of Accountants, and the National Society of Tax Professionals.”
Mr. Miller informed those in attendance that he sought to aid and that the help he was was assuring them of would take the form of continuing to enhance the IRS’s electronic and information services, updating the Service’s computers, and energetically enforcing the law against the unscrupulous few who threaten the integrity of their/our trade.
This makes it look like strong proof that orgainizations like Harrison Grave are really the IRS’s partners in collecting taxes. Maybe this is why no steps were taken by them to stop the IRS levy.
This blog writer, whom I would deem to be a victim two times, once to the Internal Revenue and once to Harrison Grave, explained what came of their misadventure. She tells that they submitted the information Harrison Grave needed to begin the process and after nine months they hadn’t heard anything from the Harrison and Grave people. Of course, she tells that they started ringing their phonesasking about an update on what was going on. She recounts that they gave them the run around. She recounts that she even travelled to their office in North Carolina to see them and still got no results. She wrote that Harrison Grave took their $2,000 and did nothing for them. She recounts that she called them and told them that the Internal Revenue Service was still levying their paycheck and that they said “We have a special team working on your case to stop the Levies.” She recounts that she felt that was a deception and after the IRS levied their second pay check that she knew Harrison Grave was a joke.
Distressing stories such as this are why people in a situation of having outstanding taxes, unfiled returns, or returns filed under what is considered by the mainstream as a bizarre theories of law such as a Cracking the Code return should get ready by preparing in advance how deal with a notice of levy.
